Housing made of die-cast aluminium, MBV treated for corrosion resistance
The housing accommodates the electrical accessories like ballast, power factor improvement capacitor, ignitor, all pre-wired up to a porcelain connector block. Two earthing terminals are provided on the housing, one inside and one outside. A cable clamping arrangement is also provided
Reflector plate made of M.S. stove enamelled white, is fixed to the housing by four screws. This plate accommodates the lampholder and a lamp support. To facilitate maintenance the plate can be kept captive with the housing by a pair of flexible wire lengths
Felt gasket impregnated with insect and water repellent solution on the periphery of the housing
A prismatic cover moulded from clear UV stabilised acrylic
Stainless steel clips for fixing the cover to the housing
